LTWLA would like to congratulate Shamar Mills-Smith and IIan Tchachoua on their signing day. Shamar will be attending Penn State as a student athlete, IIan Tchachoua will be attending Ohio Dominican University as a student athlete as well. We are extremely proud of their tenacity, hard work, and dedication to school and sports. We wish them both success in their future endeavors!
