Ready 2 Earn 2022

Get paid $15 per hour to receive training in CDL Class B, Pre-Apprenticeship or Work Readiness.  The program last six weeks and culminates with job placement.

  • Intro to Drafting

  • Overview of the Trades

Work Readiness

  • Leadership Excellence Training

  • Cover Letter & Resume creation

  • Soft Skills training 

  • Mock Interviews

  • Worksite visits

How to Qualify

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Photo ID

  • Valid Driver’s License or Ability to obtain OH License

  • Reliable Transportation 

  • Franklin County Resident

  • Complete intake forms

  • At least 18 years old
