Franklinton High School had a guest speaker visit from Aaliyah McCane of People Ready. She came to the school to speak with youth about Renewable Energy jobs and explained the requirements for the position. The youth naturally gravitated towards Ms. McCane, and asked questions about what it's like being in the workforce. The youth learned about entry-level positions and how they could leverage their existing experience to get a competitive wage.
