Overview Lead The Way Learning Academy seeks proposals from experienced HR consultants or firms to support organizational HR needs, including compliance, recruitment, performance management, and policy development.
Scope of Work
Policy & Compliance
a. Review and update employee handbook and HR policies
b. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Performance Management
a. Provide tools and guidance for performance evaluation
b. Advise on professional development and training
HR Support
a. Advise on employee relations and conflict resolution
b. Be available for consultation on day-to-day HR issues
Proposal Requirements
● Background and HR consulting experience
● Overview of proposed services and support structure
● Team credentials and relevant certifications
● Approach to compliance and documentation
● Proposed schedule and milestones
● Pricing structure and payment schedule
Evaluation Criteria
● Experience in education or nonprofit sectors
● Quality and practicality of proposed services
● Responsiveness and flexibility
● Pricing and value-added services
