The Graham Family of Schools went on a field trip to Hilton Hotel where the youth were given the opportunity to learn about Hilton’s different career opportunities that span from customer service, retail, restaurant operations, guest management, logistics, and much more. The youth went on a tour of the facilities and were able to speak to different staff members on site and ask questions about day-to-day operations, education requirements, steps for upward mobility within the company, and much more. Hilton provides the youth with exposure to curating top tier hospitality and employment opportunities while still in high school and without any previous experience. Hilton’s comprehensive employee package and benefits was a major highlight of the tour amongst its location right in the Short North Arts District.
