Overview  Lead The Way Learning Academy is seeking proposals from reliable transportation providers for safe, timely, and professional student transportation services during the academic year.

Scope of Work 

1.      Daily Student Transportation 

a.      Pick-up and drop-off students between designated stops and the Academy

b.      Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

2.      Field Trips and Special Events 

a.      Provide flexible transportation services for off-campus activities

3.      Compliance & Safety 

a.      Maintain compliance with all vehicle, driver, and insurance regulations

b.      Conduct regular maintenance and safety inspections

Proposal Requirements 

●     Company history and fleet overview

●     Safety records and licensing documentation

●     Plan for routing and scheduling

●     Emergency and incident response protocols

●     Driver qualifications and background screening procedures

●     Pricing and payment terms

Evaluation Criteria 

●     Safety and compliance history

●     Flexibility and availability

●     Experience with student transportation

●     Cost-effectiveness and service quality
