Youth have successfully completed their Leadership Excellence Credential, earning 3-credit points towards graduation. Throughout the program, youth gained an understanding of essential soft skills needed for workplace success. Engaging in collaborative efforts, youth contributed to activities aimed at achieving a mission outcome for success.
They also learned skills to build self-confidence and independence. When planning for the future, youth understood creating S.M.A.R.T goals with a step by step approach creates the success they aspire to achieve. The Westside thanks Mr. Kendall Lee for generously sharing his time, wisdom, and insights with this group of emerging leaders. These young leaders came in with curiosity and left with a clear sense of purpose. Great job, leaders of excellence!
