Lead The Way proudly celebrates the incredible achievement of Sir Cox, JaQuan Ingram, Justus Jackson, and the entire Groveport Madison Boys' Basketball team, who made history this season by advancing to the Elite 8 in Division I for the first time in 90 years.

This remarkable milestone is a testament to the dedication, talent, and teamwork of the players and coaches who gave everything they had on the court and made their school and community proud.

A Playoff Run to Remember

The Cruisers' playoff journey began with a commanding 63-47 win over Gahanna Lincoln, setting the tone for what would become a thrilling postseason. They continued to build momentum with a nail-biting 57-52 upset against Delaware Hayes, proving their grit and determination.

In the Sweet 16, the team faced Beavercreek High School, a program known for producing elite-level basketball talent, including collegiate and NBA athletes. With poise and resilience, Groveport Madison edged out a hard-fought 52-49 victory, advancing to the coveted Elite 8.

Elite 8 Showdown and a Historic Season

Their next challenge brought them face-to-face with Olentangy Orange, one of the top-ranked teams in the state. With overwhelming support from students, staff, and the local community, the Cruisers took the court at Wittenberg University and battled with heart and determination. Though they fell short with a final score of 67-53, their performance and historic run will be remembered for years to come.

Celebrating the Team, the Legacy, and the Future

This year's team has set a new standard of excellence for Groveport Madison Boys' Basketball.
