Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTWLA) is making waves at Groveport Madison High School (GMHS) by offering Leadership Excellence, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trainings. Â These programs not only equip students with valuable skills but also provide them with Industry Recognized credentials, paving the way for alternative pathways to graduation. Â Recognized by the Ohio Department of Education, these credentials carry significant weight in the job market and beyond.
Since its inception, LTWLA has been committed to empowering students with practical knowledge and skills that translate directly into career opportunities. To date, over 400 Groveport Madison students have benefitted from these Industry Recognized credentials.
In the graduating class of 2023, more than 10 percent of students utilized these credentials to successfully graduate.
The impact of LTWLA's programs is evident in the numbers: In the 2021-2022 school year, 39 students received Industry Recognized Credentials, a number that skyrocketed to 137 in the following year.
The momentum continues to build, with nearly 300 students on track to receive Industry Recognized Credentials in the current school year. This remarkable growth is a testament to the effectiveness and relevance of LTWLA's offerings.
