Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTWLA) was honored to host a partner meeting for the Franklin County Job and Family Services Achieve More and Prosper (A.M.P.) Program. This gathering brought together lead representatives from each partnering agency to discuss innovative strategies for serving our youth more effectively within our target areas, in alignment with program guidelines. The meeting, facilitated by Ms. Grace Yousef from Franklin County Job and Family Services (Social Program Developer) and Mr. Kevin Gilmore (Collective Impact Lead from Partnership 4 Success), included breakout sessions on various topics. Each group developed a list of ideas and shared them with the larger assembly, enabling us to weave our collective insights together.
The meeting saw participation from a range of A.M.P. partner agencies, including The Academy for Urban Scholars, Columbus Literacy Council, Eckerd Connects, Franklin County DJFS, Goodwill Columbus, Impact Community Action Agency, and St. Stephen's Community House.
We, at LTWLA, extend our deepest gratitude to the administration teams of Franklin County Job and Family Services and Partnerships 4 Success for allowing us the privilege to host this collaborative and inspiring meeting. We also appreciate the commitment of each agency representative who took time from their day to contribute to these discussions. Looking forward, we are excited about future collaborative opportunities with all our partnering agencies, inspired by Henry Ford's words: "Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success."
