Lead The Way Learning Academy (LTWLA) is proud to highlight the accomplishments of its second cohort of youth engaged in the Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship program in collaboration with the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) of Columbus.  The program has witnessed significant success, with interns reaching a key milestone by completing CPR/First-Aid Certification over the weekend.

Pictured are the dedicated Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship interns proudly displaying their CPR/First-Aid Certification.  This achievement marks a crucial step in their journey as they enter the final week of the program.  The interns have not only gained valuable insights into the electrical trade but have also expanded their skillset by acquiring essential certifications and credentials.

The Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship program at LTWLA, in partnership with IEC Columbus, is designed to provide hands-on training and education in the electrical industry.  The program spans multiple weeks, equipping interns with a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

Upon completion of the program, interns will not only possess practical skills but will also hold OSHA certifications, enhancing their readiness for the workforce.  The addition of CPR/First-Aid Certification further demonstrates LTWLA's commitment to fostering well-rounded professionals who prioritize safety in their work.
