LTWLA was delighted to participate in The Graham Family of Schools and United Way's Apprenticeship Workshop for high school youth. The workshop featured community partners discussing and presenting opportunities for pre-apprenticeship programs during the summer. These opportunities offer numerous benefits for the youth, including financial compensation, tuition reimbursement, the acquisition of credentials in their chosen field, valuable employment experience, and the chance to work part to full-time hours.
Various organizations, such as APHC, Creating Central Ohio Futures, Messer, and IEC, were present to support the youth. We are thrilled to collaborate with other organizations specializing in workforce development and apprenticeships for young individuals. Thank you to The Graham Family of Schools for including Lead The Way in this outreach event and spreading knowledge of all the valuable resources available to the youth.
