Lead The Way Learning Academy
Request for Proposal (RFP) for Youth Transportation Services
Lead The Way Learning Academy is looking for safe, reliable, affordable and experienced transportation for our youth programming. Youth will need transportation to and from school, visits, home, etc.
Scope of Services
The transportation will be all in state and will be in duration from 2-10 hours of service per day. The trips will require a vehicle and driver for the entirety of each trip.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for fully licensed and insured transportation with a proven track record of excellence.
Technical Specifications
We are seeking fully licensed and insured transportation, with the ability to transport at least 13+ youth.
Pricing and Cost Proposal
Please provide a quote that includes a per hour cost, which includes the vehicle and driver.
Proposal Submission Guidelines
Interested companies should submit a proposal that includes the following information:
1. Company overview with a description of relevant experience in transportation
2. Qualifications and experience
3. Pricing and payment terms
Proposal Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
1. Demonstrated experience and expertise in youth transportation services
2. Ability to work with youth
3. Excellent community management and customer service skills
4. Competitive pricing and value for money

Timeline
RFP Issuance: October 1, 2023

Vendor Selection and Contract Negotiation: December 1, 2023
