LTWLA Attends Impactful New Albany HS Presentations

Coach Horsley had the privilege of attending two impactful work experience presentations from New Albany students. Elizabeth Kantor, currently employed at Roosters, shared her aspirations of becoming a real estate agent. In her insightful presentation, Elizabeth detailed her interviews with two real estate professionals, providing a comprehensive overview of her experiences and aspirations within the real estate industry.



Meanwhile, Sumiya Abdi, currently at Kohl's and with prior experience at Ross Dress for Less, eloquently outlined the nuances of being a retail associate. In addition to sharing the highs and lows of her retail role, Sumiya also articulated her ambitions of becoming an ultrasound technician, shedding light on the steps and requirements involved in pursuing this career path. Both presentations underscored the students' dedication to their work experiences and their thoughtful reflections on their future career trajectories.
